AI-powered operations platform for manufacturing

Control projects, workers, warehouse and production from one system

EpoSystem connects sales, project management, tasks, workers, suppliers and inventory into a single workflow — so your entire operation runs from one source of truth.

Built on years of real manufacturing experience — not theoretical workflows.

Why we built EpoSystem

EpoSystem was created because the same problems repeat in most manufacturing companies, day after day — regardless of company size or industry.

As production grows, so do the projects, people, orders and information — but it often stays scattered across different systems, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook emails, paper documents and verbal agreements. As a result, every department sees only part of the picture, and decisions get made without the full view.

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • A customer calls to ask if the project will be ready on time. To answer, someone has to call the shop floor, the warehouse and purchasing — and only then piece together the full picture.
  • The project looks like it's on track — until one part that was never ordered stops several people's work and pushes back every stage after it.
  • A worker finishes a task and asks, "What do I do next?" The answer has to be found among drawings, notes or by asking a supervisor — when the work should simply move on its own.
  • Partway through the day it turns out the jobs being worked on aren't the ones that should have come first, so the most important project falls behind.
  • Purchasing confirms the parts have arrived. The warehouse has them. But production doesn't know yet, so workers wait — even though everything needed to start is already in the building.
  • A manager wants to accept a new order but can't say whether the factory will have the capacity to deliver it, because no one can see the workload coming weeks ahead.

If even some of this feels familiar, that's exactly what led to building EpoSystem. Not to add another piece of software.

But so that the whole company can see the same information, and decisions can be made based on facts — not guesses.

The biggest problem in manufacturing is not that someone made a mistake. It is that no one ever sees the whole situation. When everyone works from different information, decisions become guesses.

One operational workflow

AI inside the workflow — not beside it

EpoSystem doesn't bolt a chatbot onto an ERP. The AI planning tool sits between your projects and your factory floor — sequencing jobs, reserving materials, showing the real situation on the shop floor, and balancing capacity across the whole flow.

  1. Sales
  2. Project
  3. Workflow
  4. AI Planning
  5. Material Planning
  6. Procurement
  7. Production
  8. Completion

AI doesn't make decisions for people. It evaluates changing information, recalculates your whole production, and shows you where your attention is needed right now.

How EpoSystem works

From project code to completion — every step connected

Everything that happens in your operation — sales, tasks, workers, materials, purchases — lives under the same project code, from the first quote to the finished unit.

  1. 1

One project code connects your whole production

From the first customer quote to the last finished part, all information stays in one place. No more scattered Excel files, codes or lost documents.

Real factory situations — and how EpoSystem handles them.

You have probably lived through the moments below. Here is what changes when your whole operation runs on one system — shown in the actual product, not mockups.

The answer to a simple question takes 20 minutes.

One person checks Excel. Another checks Outlook. A third walks to the shop floor to ask. There is no shortage of information — it is just scattered, so decisions get made on whatever someone managed to find, not on the real situation.

How EpoSystem solves it

Every project, stage and unit lives in one place, updated live. Sales, project managers, workers and warehouse all read the same picture — so the answer is on the screen, not in someone's inbox.

  • One place for all information
  • No more searching through Outlook
  • Fewer mistakes when handing over information

One change forces you to re-plan the whole day.

A customer calls. Priorities shift. A supplier slips. Someone is off sick. Suddenly the plan that looked clear this morning no longer fits — and it is back to a new Excel version, more phone calls, and working out what has to happen first.

How EpoSystem solves it

The planning engine re-sequences the day the moment reality changes — surfacing projects at risk, the real bottleneck and the next best action, ranked by impact on production. No rebuilt spreadsheet required.

  • The whole plan recalculates automatically
  • No new Excel versions to build
  • Everyone sees the new plan instantly

“So… what do I do now?”

Where is the latest drawing? Where is the instruction? What is the next job — and can it even start yet? Small questions, one at a time. By the end of the day they add up to hours of lost work.

How EpoSystem solves it

Each worker gets one focused workspace — the active task, the right drawing and instructions, and a colour-coded queue that already knows what is ready and what is blocked. Nobody has to go looking.

  • The next task is always clear
  • Fewer questions and less idle time
  • Drawings and instructions ready

The warehouse says, "The parts are here." Production says, "We don't have them."

The warehouse confirms every part is in the building. Production still has not got them. Internal logistics finds out too late, and workers wait. Across a day, dozens of those small waits pile up.

How EpoSystem solves it

Reservations and the internal logistics queue pick materials in the exact order jobs will run — so the right parts reach the right station before the worker is standing there waiting.

  • Workers no longer wait for materials
  • Less downtime on the floor
  • Fewer rush purchases

The plan looks clear. By the afternoon, nobody is following it anymore.

Everyone knows what to build this morning. A few hours in, one part turns out to be missing. Workers are already at their stations but cannot begin — and while a fix is found, it is not one job that stops. The whole production chain starts to stall.

How EpoSystem solves it

Procurement is driven by real production demand — what is missing, what it blocks and when it must arrive. Shortages surface days ahead, ranked by what stops production first, so the part is ordered before the floor ever waits on it.

  • Shortages visible in advance
  • Less stopped production
  • Fewer rush orders

Operational Intelligence & Forecasting

Everything looks on track — until one problem stops the chain.

One stage runs long. A few hours later the next one slips, then another — and only at the end of the day is it clear that several projects are now late. The point is not to react faster; it is to see the problem before it becomes one. The AI Planning System simulates your future production — predicting finish dates, team overload and delivery confidence weeks before they happen.

AI Operations

An Operations Copilot — not a chatbot

Every morning, the AI reads your whole operation and ranks the day: what to lead with, what's at risk, and where the spare capacity is hiding.

  • Continuously analyses project readiness, production capacity and material availability
  • Watches worker availability, workflow dependencies and supplier delays
  • Scores delivery risk per project — before dates slip

System architecture

Seven modules. One core system.

Data doesn't get exported between departments — it flows. A sale updates the plan; a picked part updates the forecast; a finished task updates delivery confidence.

Access is controlled by user roles and individual permissions, so each employee only sees the information meant for them. All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, backups are taken regularly, and every significant action is logged in an audit trail. Your company's data belongs only to you — it is never used for other customers' systems, to train AI models, or shared with third parties.

What happens when our company grows?

Nothing extra to install. You simply add new employees and the system automatically scales to larger teams, new departments, additional production lines or sites. Every feature stays exactly the same.

Will we get support after go-live?

Yes. After go-live, support, consultations and ongoing improvements continue. As new needs arise, EpoSystem can keep evolving together with your company.
